As part of a major development, Aloka Sardar, age 40, victim of rape in Teghoria (village), Kulti, P.S. Haroa in Minakha area, Dist. 24 Paraganas (North) has lodged a formal complaint in the local police station against Khaleq Gaji, the culprit. It is to be noted that on May 15, 2011, around 3 am, Khaleq, age 24 years and also a notorious Muslim criminal and Trinamool Congress activist in the locality, entered residence of Ashto Sardar, awakened and raped her wife Aloka.
The FIR no. is 117/11 and under section (US) 147/149/325/379/354/427/376/506 of IPC (Indian Penal Code).
It has also come to the knowledge that Trinamool Congress (TMC) is exerting pressure on both Aloka Sardar and her husband to state that they are also TMC workers while Khaleq Gaji is a vagrant ruffian.
